Staff from the UK Healthzone head office are taking part in the Aspire Channel Swim, raising money for people with spinal injuries. Ruth Cheesley


Working quite hard, but relaxing and meditating lots too - feeling well balanced!

I work for UK Healthzone as Operations Manager, and am involved with contract negotiations, strategic management and on-site project management. I have a lot of outside interests including playing in goal for Grasshoppers Ladies Hockey Club and walking out in the hills. I am also Buddhist and am involved with the local centres in setting up a young people's group, which has been very successful so far!
